This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our AI-powered image-to-prompt generation platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used for authentication, account management, and communication regarding your subscription.
2.2 User-Uploaded Content
When you use our prompt generation service, we temporarily process the images you upload. Uploaded images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage to facilitate processing. The AI-generated prompts derived from your images are stored in our database so you can access your history.
2.3 Automatically Collected Data
We collect IP addresses for guest (unauthenticated) users solely for the purpose of rate limiting via Cloudflare Workers KV. This data is used to enforce daily free generation limits and is not linked to any personal identity. We do not collect browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or third-party tracking analytics.
2.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial instruments. PayPal may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
3. How We Use Your Information
- •Service Delivery: To process your image uploads through AI vision models and generate optimized prompts.
- •Account Management: To authenticate your identity, manage subscriptions, and provide access to generation history.
- •Rate Limiting: To enforce fair usage policies for guest users via IP-based tracking.
- •Communication: To send transactional emails regarding your account, subscription changes, or critical service updates.
- •Service Improvement: To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve performance and features.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
To generate prompts from your uploaded images, we transmit image data to the following AI providers:
- •OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini): Used as a premium vision model for high-fidelity prompt generation. Image data is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing.
- •Cloudflare Workers AI (LLaVA): Used as the standard vision model. Image processing occurs on Cloudflare's edge network infrastructure.
We do not sell, license, or share your images or generated prompts with any third party beyond the processing described above. AI providers receive image data solely for the purpose of generating prompt output and are contractually bound by their respective data processing agreements.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using the following Cloudflare infrastructure services:
- •Cloudflare Workers: Serverless compute layer handling API requests with edge-level encryption in transit.
- •Cloudflare D1: SQL database storing account information, subscription records, and prompt generation history.
- •Cloudflare R2: Object storage for uploaded images.
- •Cloudflare KV: Key-value storage for guest IP-based rate limiting counters.
All data transmissions between your browser and our servers are encrypted via TLS/SSL. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies exclusively for authentication purposes, powered by Better Auth. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and allow you to remain logged in during your session. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Uploaded images may be retained in Cloudflare R2 for the purpose of prompt history. Guest rate-limiting data (IP addresses in KV) is stored temporarily and expires automatically. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
