7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans) come with a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we'll issue a full refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.
  • This is your first subscription with VisionPrompter. The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the initial subscription purchase.
  • Renewal charges on existing subscriptions (the guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle).
  • You have previously received a refund from VisionPrompter and re-subscribed.
  • Your account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
  • Plan downgrades (e.g., Business to Pro) — these are handled as subscription changes, not refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email support@visionprompter.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

Include your details

Provide your account email address, the PayPal transaction ID (if available), and the date of purchase.

Receive confirmation

We will verify your eligibility and process the refund within 5–7 business days via PayPal.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through PayPal. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account or original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are separate actions:

Cancellation

Stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard settings.

Refund

Returns the payment for the current billing period. Only available within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. Access is reverted immediately upon processing.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through PayPal or your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns promptly and fairly through our support channel.
